The Aspen's Policies

Check-in: 4:00pm

Check-in Instructions: Check-in begins at 4:00 pm. Please have ID If you wish to check out before normal business hours, and credit card for incidentals, ready. Please let us know prior to arrival if you plan on checking in after 9:00 pm to make arrangements for your late arrival.

Check-out: 11:00 am

Terms and Conditions: We require payment in full upon the time of booking and we have a 30-day cancellation policy. Once you are within 30 days of your arrival date, your deposit becomes non-refundable and no refunds will be given if canceled for any reason. There are no refunds for early departures.

The Aspen does not allow pets. Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property, at any time. There is a $500.00/day minimum penalty if you bring a pet onto the premises

DOGS AND OTHER ANIMALS, INCLUDING EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS, ARE PROHIBITED ON THE PREMISES. A PERSON MAY BE ACCOMPANIED BY A SERVICE ANIMAL SUBJECT TO REQUIREMENTS OF THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT AND MONTANA CODE SECTIONS 49-4-203(2) & 214.

PURSUANT TO FEDERAL AND MONTANA LAW, THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASK ANIMAL HANDLERS THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS:

1) WHETHER THE ANIMAL IS A SERVICE ANIMAL THAT IS REQUIRED BECAUSE OF A DISABILITY; AND,

2) TO DESCRIBE THE WORK OR TASK THE ANIMAL IS TRAINED TO PERFORM.

THE MANAGEMENT MAY REQUEST REMOVAL OF SERVICE ANIMALS NOT PROPERLY TRAINED, HOUSEBROKEN, OR UNDER THE EFFECTIVE CONTROL OF THEIR HANDLER.

PURSUANT TO SECTION 49-4-214(3), THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO FILE COMPLAINTS WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT IF A PERSON MISREPRESENTS THAT AN ANIMAL IS A SERVICE ANIMAL. MISREPRESENTATION OF SERVICE ANIMALS IS A MISDEMEANOR UNDER MONTANA LAW.

The Aspen is a non-smoking facility. There is a $500.00/day minimum penalty for smoking in a unit at any time.

The maximum occupancy is set per unit. Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for your reservation. Should you misrepresent the size of your party and the number of guests in your party exceeds the maximum occupancy, your reservation will be canceled and you will be asked to leave. There will be no refund given for canceled reservations.

The Aspen is privately owned and we reserve the right to refuse service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please make sure your belongings are secure.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. There is not a possibility for late checkout.

The summer office hours are from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Please let us know prior to arrival if you plan on checking in after 9:00 pm to make arrangements for your late arrival.

We are closed in the offseason.
