Our property has the following accessibility features.

• All rooms include lever hardware, wheelchair-accessible public entrance, wheelchair-accessible lobby.
• The Accessible King Room has amenities within accessible range to reach, accessible without using stairs, grab bars by the tub, grab bars alongside the toilet, a transfer seat to the tub, wider guest room and bathroom doorways, and a short stature accessibility kit available upon request. The bed is a king size and there is designated accessible parking.

Our property has the following potential barriers to accessibility.

• All Condos are stair access only and are two stories.
• All King Rooms have tub/showers only.
• No roll-in tubs/showers or transfer seats to tubs.
• No audio and visual emergency warning devices
• No closed caption decoder.
• No braille features.
• No text telephone.
• No wheelchair available on request
• Controls may not be operable without grasping or twisting.
